
Yoga, Nature & Hiking Retreat
This week is meant for yoga- and nature lovers, who love to do yoga in combination with nature hikes. In addition to two yoga & meditation sessions a day, we organize several lovely hikes in a variety of the beautiful surrounding landscapes of 10-15 km average.

Participation
No prior experience with yoga or meditation is required. Everyone can participate at his or her level and there is plenty of room for personal variations and modifications.
Program
We begin and end the days with yoga and meditation, in which our connection with nature will be central. No experience with yoga or meditation is required, but when you are experienced, there will be plenty of opportunity to deepen you experience. The sessions will be adjusted to meet your needs.
Afterwards we have breakfast and prepare our packed lunch and snacks for our trip. The hiking program is flexible. Shorter and longer walks will be alternated, according to the weather and temperature conditions. Early or midafternoon we will be back at the venue and have the rest of the afternoon free to enjoy a siësta or a refreshing swim.
Wednesday is a resting day as a break in the week.
NB: All walks and yoga sessions are optional!
