Yoga & Massage Retreats
In this very relaxing retreat you will be introduced to various forms and learn different techniques of massage. The emphasis is on relaxation and tranquility, in order to bring more balance into our lives.
We start the days with yoga and a short meditation before breakfast.
After breakfast the specific technique of massage of the day will be explained and demonstrated, along with its purpose and benefits. After this, one person practices on the other.
In the evening the same massage is given back by the other. In this way you give and receive a different massage every day.
If you register as a couple, you can indicate that you only want to exchange with each other, or that you - just like the others - rotate, in order to experience what it is like to massage other people and receive massages from different people. The massage is mainly about the experience of giving and receiving and being of service to one another.
After a delicious 3-course lunch the afternoons are free to relax, swim, walk and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.
After dinner, we will briefly meditate together to prepare ourselves for the second massage, where the giver of the morning now becomes the receiver.
Wednesday is free after the yoga session and breakfast.
All activities are optional.
No prior experience with massage, yoga or meditation is required.
