My soul lights up as I bring you my first French residential retreat. May 13th-20th 2023. This week away will fully embrace the real meaning of a retreat, a chance for you to disconnect from the outer world and reconnect with your inner world!
Our venue for the week is La Borde Blanque in Montbel, France and is situated on the crest of a hill with magnificent views over the surrounding countryside. It has a private lakeside beach on the beautiful Lac de Montbel, with clear and clean water where we will enjoy lakeside meditations and lake swims.
