Yoga Therapie & Coaching

Agenda Prijzen & Accomodatie

Extra Module (10 dagen / 80 uur)

This Intensive Retreat is an extra module in addition to and to deepen the International Raja Yoga Teacher Training, which we offer at La Borde Blanque. It builds upon the other five Modules of the International Raja Yoga Teacher Training consisting of a total of 500 hours training (RYT400) which is internationally acknowledged by the International Yoga Federation (IYF), honorary member of the European Union of Yoga Associations (EUYA) and the Association Française de Yoga (AFY). Other modules include The Yoga Sutras of Patanjali and Science of the Soul.

Central in this Intensive stands the practical application of yoga, especially meditation and classical yoga philosophy, and of course also asanas to modern and existential issues. Themes that people, who consciously live their lives, may struggle with and which can lead to a personal crisis.

In addition, this Intensive is designed for yoga teachers, managers and health care workers, who aim to give individual coaching and guidance from the perspective of universal yoga philosophy and using asanas and meditation as tools.
