About The Event
We start the days with yoga and a short meditation before breakfast.
After breakfast the specific technique of massage of the day will be explained and demonstrated, along with its purpose and benefits. After this, one person practices on the other.
In the evening the same massage is given back by the other. In this way you give and receive a different massage everyday. Read more...
