Equine Assisted Coaching

Private coaching sessions meant for those who love horses and who would like to connect with them on a deeper level with horses and learn from their unique qualities.

You are welcome for a coaching session with either personal, relational, parental, professional issues, big life questions or transitions. Being together with my Icelandic Horses I’m happy to offer you my guidance and professional experience on your way.

Coaching

As a psychologist and life coach and healer I work from a transpersonal perspective. In interaction with the horses I will support you in finding your own answers deep within and get in touch with your inner guidance

Elleke van Kraalingen, MA

With a background in Naturopathic Therapies I did a 5 years of Raja Yoga Teacher & Master Training in Amsterdam. I’ve started a yoga teacher training school in the Netherlands and after that a Retreat Center in Southern France. I’ve had a private practice as a Naturopath & Clinical & Health Psychologist. Combined with Esoteric Healing my horizon as a therapist kept on expanding and I integrated energy work into my therapeutic approach. All these disciplines come together in a holistic approach of a private practice with decades of experience. Yet, deep down I am a yogi and anchored in the ancient yoga philosophy, which is about quality of consciousness and quality of Life and BEING. This is the core from where I coach people.

I’m also a passionate horse woman and since 20 years I have my own little herd of horses. Combining the two has led to offering sessions of Equine Assisted Coaching with my Icelandic horses where you get the opportunity just to Be with the horses, without having to do anything. You can allow yourself an unique experience and let the power of the Horse guide you.

In the encounter with the Being of the horse, magic can happen if you allow it. The combination of their power, as well as gentleness, wisdom, and sensitivity can open up your heart and bring you in touch with your inner core, your own power and deeper feelings and insights in a direct and silent way, which cannot be matched by a therapeutic talk.

Coaching with Horses private sessions

Costs

A private session of Coaching with Horses costs € 100 per session of 1 ½ - 2 hours.

It is possible to stay in a B & B in Antugnac, Espéraza, Fa, or the village of St Jean de Paracol, appropriately called “Les deux Chevaux” and have several sessions spread over several days.
