Yoga, Nature and Hiking Retreat in Southern France

Escape on a rejuvenating 7-day yoga and hiking retreat in the peaceful countryside of Southern France. Designed to help you unwind, recharge, and reconnect, this retreat blends daily yoga practices with beautiful, guided hikes and nature connection walks at the foot of the Pyrenees. Whether you’re looking for an active holiday, a space to relieve stress, or deepen your awareness of your body and nature, you’ll find a supportive space to rest, reset, and enjoy.

What’s included:

  • 7 nights accommodation 

  • Daily nature walks and hikes guided by an experienced facilitator

  • Daily, high quality yoga sessions, with integration of meditation and breathwork

  • 3 nurturing, vegetarian meals a day (breakfast, lunch, dinner) 

  • Coffee, tea, snacks

  • Plenty of personal time for exploration or relaxation

What’s not included: 

  • Transfers to and from the retreat center

  • Additional services (one-on-one sessions, massage, etc.)

  • Alcohol

Program

 

In addition to two yoga and meditation sessions a day, we organize several lovely hikes in a variety of the beautiful surrounding landscapes.

 

We begin and end the days with yoga sessions, including Hatha yoga, vinyasa flow, yin yoga, meditation and breathwork practices.

 

No experience with yoga or meditation is required, but when you are experienced, there will be plenty of opportunity to deepen you experience.

 

Afterwards we have breakfast and prepare our packed lunch and snacks for our trip. The hiking program is flexible. Shorter and longer walks will be alternated, according to the weather and temperature conditions.

 

Early or midafternoon we will be back at the venue and have the rest of the afternoon free to enjoy a siesta or a refreshing swim.

 

Wednesday is a resting day as a break in the week.

 

NB: All walks and yoga sessions are optional!

About the location

Domaine de Mournac is a beautiful retreat center, nestled in over 15 acres of woodland and vines. With views over the Pyrenees, the yoga room offers a beautiful space for relaxation, joy, and inspiration.

Wander round the Domaine soaking up the magnificent scenery, have a swim with a view in the outdoor swimming pool or retreat to cosy spaces to sit back and relax. It’s your time. Join us!

During your free time, you can taste the culture of France during a visit to colorful local markets and make beautiful walks along old pilgrimage routes or a horseback ride along the rivers, through the hills, forests, and mountains with stunning views

Meet your facilitators

About Imre

Imre is a yoga, meditation and breathwork facilitator with over 10 years of teaching experience. With additional certifications in yoga for women’s health and hormonal balance, energy healing, and MetaFascial massage, she brings a unique skill set to the mat across multiple modalities, which have collectively enabled her to share her passion for movement and exploration of the body, mind & soul. Imre has an academic background in anthropology and sustainable development, and completed her PhD in sport sciences in 2024. 

About Arnar

Arnar has a background in outdoor leadership and nature management and conservation. He is passionate about facilitating meaningful nature experiences and environmental consciousness. Arnar is an exceptional guide who masterfully blends invigorating hikes with deep, immersive connections to nature.
