About The Event
MOVE:
Postural restoration, Yoga, Fascial Flow and Strength
Unlock your bodies capacity to move with fluidity and strength, to restore your nervous system and to amplify performance.
Drawing on the principles of postural restoration (PRI), fascial flow (nourishing the nervous system through gentle movement), and yoga. Monica & Jess will guide you through daily sessions of different types of movement aimed at integrating your body fitness with breath, nervous system regulation and deep restoration.
BESPOKE:
From before your arrival to three months after you leave our retreat, you will have a bespoke movement and wellbeing plan. Created according to your intentions before coming, and what arises during your time with us, we want to understand and reduce the gaps between how you move and feel, and how you want to move and feel. You will have your own video'd exercise plan to practice, check-ins at 6 and 12 weeks post-retreat…
